How We Teamed Up
The Team Up Foundation was able to support JACS Toronto by providing equipment needed for their Youth Drop-In Center Program. With our contributions we helped expand the role of the drop in center in a goal to: keep vulnerable young people off the streets, educate and/or aid youth with their own or a family member’s addiction and help young people stay on the path of recovery. The end result is to enable them to re-enter productive life in school, work and within their families.

About the Organization
Founded in 2000 and led by volunteers, JACS is an organization dedicated to assisting chemically dependent persons and their families to find recovery in a nurturing environment. In ten years, JACS has responded to over 20,000 calls and has welcomed over 200 teen volunteers whose hours of community service have earned them credits towards graduation.
