We are introducing a new funding program this year – the Team Up Foundation Fund, with grants of $200,000. Beginning January 3, 2012, Ontario charities can begin submitting their online applications for support of:
Sports and recreational based programs for youth - OR -
Facilities that support youth sports and recreational programming and are in need of refurbishing

The Team Up Foundation is committed to improving the lives of youth by building facilities, giving to sustainable programs and empowering youth through sports and recreation. To achieve this, the Foundation assists in the refurbishment of hockey rinks, basketball courts and soccer pitches, and supports organizations that increase youth access to sport and recreation programs in Ontario.
The Foundation is partnered with a number of organizations, and discretionary funds vary from year to year.
FACILITY REFURBISHMENT REQUESTS
For those organizations in Ontario that will be involved in a refurbishment project (such as a rink, court or pitch) that requires financial support, please continue to send us information on the project. We are always interested in knowing about the refurbishments happening in the community that will provide access to sports and recreational opportunities for youth.
