As part of the One4One Build Up, the Team Up Foundation and the Toronto Raptors made a surprise visit to the Wellesley Community Centre March Break camp on Monday, March 14th

Wellesley Community Centre is located in the St. James Town community where, this spring, the Team Up Foundation will be investing $100,000 to refurbish their outdoor basketball court. This is part of the overall Recipe for Community project, which also involves the Toronto Community Foundation, the City of Toronto and Toronto Community Housing.
