Canadians have a rich history of volunteering and community involvement.  Over 12.5 million people dedicate their time across Canada, and are at the front lines of our community services.  The work of volunteers is essential to maintaining resilient communities.  National Volunteer Week pays tribute to the millions of Canadians who graciously donate their time and energy.  In celebration of National Volunteer Week, the Team Up Foundation would like to say thanks to all those who have volunteered.

Every day, we work to make a difference in the lives of youth by building facilities, giving to sustainable programs and empowering them through sports and recreation. We couldn't do this without the continued support of our volunteers.

The time, energy and passion given by our volunteers has made an impact in the work we do. From selling 50/50 tickets at a Raptors game, painting a dressing room at a local hockey rink to rallying supporters to attend our fundraisers … each volunteer has made an impression on our Foundation.
